Light That Spark and Get the Scoop on the 2024 Kia EV9

The Light Standard trim is the base level trim for the 2024 Kia EV9. It packs a punch with a 215-horsepower engine, and is fueled by a 76.1-kilowatt battery to provide an EPA-estimated range of 230 miles. Comfort is a key component of the base trim, with the ability to seat up to seven, and the heated front seats make every ride feel more relaxing. The Light Standard trim also has its impressive share of technology and safety features, including numerous USB charging ports to allow everyone to charge their devices without any backseat fights. You can even use your phone as a key fob for greater ease with locking and unlocking!
The next level up in trims in the Light Long Range, which, as its name suggests, provides greater EPA-estimated range than the Light Standard trim, ultimately offering 304 miles. The battery power is also even greater on the Light Long Range, with 99.8 kilowatts. This version of the EV9 seats up to six, and upgrades the comfort aspect with second-row captain’s chairs.

The Wind trim offers all-wheel drive, compared to the Light Standard and Light Long Range, which offer rear-wheel drive. This capability allows for the ultimate performance paired with a 379-horsepower engine, as well as better traction. The Wind also allows you to feel the wind in your hair with two sunroofs, and if the wind gets your hands a little chilly, not to fear, a heated steering wheel is a notable feature of this trim.

The Land trim provides a wide selection of premium features. It stands out from the crowd with its triangular modeled wheels, bright LED-based headlights, and unique grille patterns that you can download and customize to your tastes. A major highlight of the Land trim is the 14-speaker Meridian sound system, allowing every ride to feel like you’re at a live performance. The Land also provides peace of mind as the eyes on the back of your head – and the sides of your head! with a camera-based rearview mirror and a 360-degree camera to help you steer clear of anything that may be in your pathway.

The GT-Line trim offers a sporty style with an impressive exterior design. It offers an EPA-estimated range of 270 miles, and is equipped with extra legroom for front-seat passengers. If you’re like many people who find parallel parking to be a challenge, the GT-Line trim of the EV9 offers assistance with this rather involved feat thanks to the Remote Smart Parking Assist system.
