I didn’t have a clue when I walked in and he took the time to test drive a few different vehicles, took me to view different paint colors and trim packages, then once I picked the one, he sat with me and helped me set all the controls so it was just perfect for me. I started researching in November 2025 and he planted the seed about the availability of the Hybrid in early 2026. Despite my constant emails, phone calls, and texts, he never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Once the vehicle arrived (March 2026), he was again patient and kind in his mannerisms. Excellent salesman! The extra bells and whistles on the vehicle are also quite convincing.

As we spoke and walked the lot, he advised me that the new Telluride Hybrid was about to release. He gave me the specs and showed me the updated body styles and I was sold! So big thanks to Rashad! I drove it home and my brother and his wife test drove it. They also just ordered one themselves. This is a brilliantly made vehicle and I’m very pleased with the purchase. - Landon worked with us and heard our wants for the new car. He wasn’t pushing things we said we didn’t want and he let us walk off the lot without a purchase when he knew he didn’t have what we wanted, with the promise that he would find it and get back to us. We felt really good about the deal we got as it was only slightly over our budget but we got a trim higher than we had anticipated. The process for paperwork and financials went rather quickly on a Friday night. And the whole process from first test drive to biting the car was less than two weeks. And we got the perfect car!
