The service manager Corey Wright took care of me personally upon arrival. He took down my concerns and asked me questions and gave me an expected diagnostic time that was on time later. The service advisor Steve Cummings was very friendly, smiled, and thanked me at pick up. My car was in perfect shape when I got her back. The store and service department were very clean. Exceptional sales experience and I have bought a lot of cars. I have dealt with good salesman but Tino Tsutras is exceptional; good communicator, listener, and caring. He and the management intervened in a situation that was none of their doing; it was not expected or asked for. Way above and beyond anything I would have expected. Highly recommend.

This Kia dealer has the best selection of Kia's in the Atlanta area. The people are very friendly here. VERY HIGH turnover rate in the employees here, sales people and managers and service area. You may sign an agreement to purchase a car at a certain price, however, when you go to the Finance office, the price entered into the computer system is not what you agreed to. This is the one thing I urge you to watch for at this dealership. Customer Service seems to be a high priority here, not really high pressured sales people here.
