There were problems in the service department as a result of the departure of the service manager the week before my visit. But the mark of a great dealership is how they handle problems. And The General Manager called me right after he was alerted to my glitch, set up a plan with me to correct the problem, followed it through, and personally handed me my car keys exceeding my expectations for how this would be handled. This dealership is a class act. I am very pleased with my dealership. Leadership starts at the top
Was there today, talked to a young man named Payton McClusky, very professional, to the point, no dancing around.I was there checking out a 2015 Kia Sedona for a friend of mine.Good experience, everyone real nice,no waste of time.We'll see how the buying process goes.
