On Monday, May 27th (Memorial Day), my 2015 Kia Sorento broke down on 285 in Sandy Springs. I had it towed to the nearest Kia dealership which happen to be Ed Voyles Kia in Chamblee. I dealt with Jim, one of the Service Advisors. They don't offer rental cars so I had to have a friend take me home all the way to Acworth and get a rental car from Avis. By Tuesday Ed Voyles had discovered my Kia was part of the engine recall issued in 2017. By Wednesday, Kia had approved my new engine. I, unfortunately had to drive all the way back to Chamblee to pick up a rental car at Enterprise. Jim at Ed Voyles said I couldn't pick up a rental at an Enterprise near my house. I guess they have a contract with the Enterprise one block from their dealership. I had to wait at the dealership for almost an hour waiting on someone from Enterprise to pick me up. If I'd known they were a block away I would have walked. I did have the pleasure of dealing with Daniel Martin. He is another service advisor there. He was awesome and has a very good customer service ethic. Ed Voyles Kia had my SUV for 43 days waiting for long block and other parts to come in, which I was totally fine with since Kia was picking up the tab for the rental. Upon picking up my car, I dealt with Jim again. I asked where my SUV was parked because I didn't see it upon my arrival. He states, should be parked out front. I stated that it wasn't. He made no offer to assist me in finding it. I stated I'd just find it myself. I only gave four stars because of Jim and the fact they didn't bother to wash my car after it sat for 40 plus days outside, and when I dropped it off it had half a tank of gas. They left it with less than a quarter of a tank after test driving it. My Kia doesn't seem to have the power it had before, even though they replaced the spark plugs when they put the new engine in. I'm hoping the engine repaird hold up and nothing else happens.
