The all-new 2019 Kia Sorento is a top-ranked midsize SUV with an upscale cabin, new styling, and comfortable seating, providing drivers in Chamblee with an incredible value. There’s plenty of reasons to love the SUV, making it one of the best SUVs on the market. See what the all-new 2019 Kia Sorento has to offer and visit Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee for a test drive.

Inside the All-New Kia Sorento

The Kia Sorento comfortably seats seven people across three rows. In the past, the Sorento was available in tow-row and five-seat configurations, but this model was discontinued for the 2019 model year. Every row offers comfortable seating and plenty of leg room and you’ll find premium materials throughout the cabin.

Need a midsize SUV with lots of cargo room? You’re in luck! The Sorento offers 11 cubic feet of space when all of the seats are in use, which is great for shopping bags and some sporting equipment. When all of the seats are folded down, the Sorento can accommodate 73 cubic feet, which is perfect for larger items and outdoor gear.

Technology & Connectivity

The Sorento was designed to feature the most advanced technology features, to keep you connected while on the go. Some of the features in the Sorento include Bluetooth, a USB port, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a six-speaker audio system, and UVO infotainment system with a 7-inch touchscreen. Upgraded options include a premium 10-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, satellite radio, wireless phone charging, and an easy to use 8-inch touchscreen.

Kia Sorento Performance

The Kia Sorento gives you engine options depending on your needs. The base engine is a 185-horsepower four-cylinder engine and is perfect for commuting, but if you need a more powerful engine, you should upgrade to the 290-horsepower V6 engine.
Its powerful engine is surprisingly fuel efficient and offers 22 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway. The V6 engine gets about 3 mpg fewer but is still on par with many SUVs in its class. When properly equipped, the Sorento can tow a whopping 5,000 pounds, perfect for towing the family boat on a weekend getaway.

Which Kia Sorento is Right for Me?

The Kia Sorento is available in six trims: the L, LX, EX, SX, and SX Limited.

The Sorento L is the base trim and offers plenty of standard features like Bluetooth, USB ports, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a UVO infotainment system and more. The LX has two additional USB ports, blind spot monitoring, and rear cross traffic alert. You can also add the Convenience package with heated front seats, satellite radio, and additional features, and opt for the V^ engine.

The EX is a mid-range Sorento that has a suite of features like leather upholstery, heated front seats, push-button start, hands-free power liftgate, and rear parking sensors. Add on the EX Touring Package with the 10-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, a panoramic sunroof, front parking sensors, and a heated steering wheel for a premium feel.

The Sorento SX offers even more premium features like an upgraded UVO system with a large touchscreen, wireless phone charging, front parking sensors, and heated, ventilated front seats. Opt for the SX limited if you want all the bells and whistles.
