Great place! Drive here for service even though another dealer is closer.
I like to see the dealership offers a late night service until 8 for those of us who can't make it during normal business hours sometimes even on Saturday it's difficult
Steven was great. He understood my needs very easily so we did not have to look at a great variety of options. He found me the car I needed at the best price. JB who did the papers was also extremely helpful in explaining the variety of coverages available and the advantages of each program but he did not push me to get things that I did not want.

I was extremely pleased with the service visit. It was free because it was my first one on my new 2015 Soul, but it seems like the work was performed and they even rinsed off the car for me. It was ready on time, and the person receiving customers even knew my name when I pulled into the area. ?? Nicely done!
Joe Triola is great, honest, and respectful of the customer's time. I want to make sure that he and the staff are recognized for their great work, and I understand the importance of these surveys, but I really don't want to have to fill out these surveys after each visit to ensure they keep their jobs.
I love this dealership!! The fact that I had a bolt in my tire, I arrived at 7:00pm & they were able to resolve my issue with time to spare before they closed was remarkable. I was mildly stressed because I was getting ready to leave on vacation the next day & had no time for this "bump in the road" so to speak but they put me at ease in no time!! I'm constantly recommending this dealership to people all the time & speak very highly of KIA products!! Thank you SO much!!

RJ and Joe are great. I know there seems to be a fair amount of turn over in the automotive industry but it would be a shame to let these gentlemen go. I'm sure their support staff is just as great but those are the two key people I deal with. If they moved to another dealership I would 100% follow them

I appreciated my service advisor Jeremy Neushreiber's honesty and expertise. I will request his service on my next 3 month visit.
My sales rep, Marcus Young, went above and beyond. I liked the car I test drove but mentioned that I would rather have a different color interior than black. He found me the same car but with a gray interior. I came back in, drove it, and loved it!! Still do! The finance guy (Steve) worked it out for me !!!
